“I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Fibrenew! Initially, I emailed Josh and Ann pictures of the damage my at-the-time puppy had done to my 3+ year old leather furniture: the couch, loveseat, and recliner all had major damage, mostly on the arms. I was told they would do the repair, both when I sent the pictures and when Josh was at my home, but that I shouldn't expect the end product to look that "good" since the damage was so severe. Josh wanted to ensure I wasn't expecting miracles given what I was starting with! Eight hours later, I ended with 3 pieces of furniture, all of which look so MUCH better and I am SO happy I trusted this company! From the beginning, they were honest/upfront with me and I can't thank them enough! This was money well spent and I highly recommend Fibrenew to anyone needing this type of work! Thank you Josh!!”
