“We have a 30 year old La-z-boy leather couch that has seen better days. Fibrenew was recommended to us by two furniture stores so we thought we would give it a try. We sent pictures and received an estimate, which was reasonable. Derek was able to fit us in quickly. We found him to be friendly, polite, and hard working. He explained clearly what he was going to do and got to work. Just the cleaning process alone improved the look of our old couch. The finished results were, frankly, well beyond our expectations. While he did tell us that the couch would look new, we were totally blown away by how good the couch looked. We now have a couch that looks brand new and the colour match was exceptional.
