“I have a cognac leather couch that is about 10 years old and when my cat was a kitten, she scratched some of the seat cushions. Overtime, the couch naturally faded and the scratches turned into tears - many beyond what I considered repair. My female friends, being the critiques that they are, determined that my condo was now an eyesore because everything else was on point but the couch. In desperation (and little cash to invest in a new couch) I contacted several leather "repair" companies on line and after sending them photos was told that the couch was too far gone 🙁 I finally contacted Anthony at Fibrenew and he agreed to accept the challenge. Folks, believe me when I tell you that what this man did is a miracle. Not only did he repair deep cuts and full blown tears, but he stained the couch to look EXACTLY the way it did when I purchased it. I have a love seat and chair that go with the set which are still in good condition and all three match perfectly now. All I can say is that it honestly takes an artisan to do something like this. Anthony is a quiet guy who is very particular about his craft and the set up and meticulous manner in which he constantly works within the repair process. Like I said, this man is an artist and I hope he posted the before and after photos. NONE of my friends could believe it and the couch looks AWESOME!
