Very impressed with the process of dyeing our leather love seat and sofa! It is over 25 years old and looks like new. Timely, reasonable and perfect end result. highly recommend Fibrenew!!
We had a spot fading on our gray leather couch. I reached on the website and Josh quickly responded, gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled his visit. He called the day before the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time, respected our property, and did amazing work. We have used FibreNew twice for multiple pieces. Josh is amazingly talented, courteous and very hard working. The leather repairs are simply more than I would expect and we really tested the waters with an issue with animal claw damage! Josh was very honest about what to expect, the repair far exceeds my hopes! I do not recommend services without good reason, I will definitely used FibreNew and Josh in the future.

When I found Fibrenew could fix my red leather couch and recliner seats, I was elated! I was told by the company I bought the furniture from that there was no way to fix the worn off color on the seats. I was going to have to get new furniture. I called Josh from Fibrenew of Central Iowa and he told me it COULD be fixed. I looked at all the Before and After pictures and read all the reviews and was very impressed. I made an appointment for Josh to come and see what he could do. He worked his magic and made my furniture look brand new again! No kidding...like NEW! I would have loved it if the furniture store would have told me about Fibrenew but they didn’t. I have called them to inform them of the magician I had at my house restoring my leather furniture. Very happy! Josh with Fibrenew was very prompt in responding to my initial repair request. We’re aren’t on his regular route so he was honest in telling me up front it might be a bit of a wait but actually it wasn’t bad at all. He kept communication open during the short time we did wait. When he arrived he was very courteous and professional. My main concern/goal with getting our leather couch repaired was to prevent the damage from spreading. Wow! Josh is amazing! Our dog became ill and had bloody diarrhea on our motorhome dash. We tried numerous cleaning agents but the stain would not lift. We thought we were going to have to replace the entire dash. Josh was able to resurface the area and the stain is gone! Thank you so much, Josh! Your work saved us thousands of dollars.

When I got pen marks on my less than two-year-old leather ottomans, I thought I would have to spend $1600 on replacements. I am so glad that I found Josh and Fibrenew online because for 10% of what replacing would have cost me, both Ottomans now look brand new and you would never know there was ever any damage to them. Josh came to our home to repair our Ekornes chair. The chair is over 20 years old and the dye had begun flaking off. Josh was very professional and got right to work. The finished product is wonderful! It looks like new!! It cost a fraction to have the chair refinished than if we would have bought another new Ekornes chair. Josh repaired 9 hits on my vinyl siding from a hailstorm. Phone conversations were polite and courteous. He arrived on time for his appointment, was very neat while completing the work and mad sure that everything was replaced properly and the site was left nice and neat. Josh worked outside in a frigid blizzard to fix my car seat! I don't know anyone dedicated enough to do such a thing and to do such a good job despite the working conditions- you can't tell anything was ever wrong with the car seat, it's identical to brand new. I highly recommend Josh.
