“My wife and I had an acute issue with a chair that was uncomfortable to sit in. Due to recent surgery, this chair required careful, expert attention to permit comfortable sleep during recovery. In short, it was a very challenging situation for us.
Aware of our issue, Rocco and Joel came to our home twice to assess and remedy this situation for us. As a team, they analyzed the chair stuffing and structure, devising a solution in close consultation with my wife. Taking the time to make this work, their actions were successful. Recovery happened.
We called upon them again to assist in covering a scratch on a leather chair. Once again, expert outcome.
