“I called Eric on Thursday, August 6, 2021 to discuss repairs needed to a new sofa purchased from Houzz. It was sent from California and unfortunately suffered minor damage during shipping. Eric arrived this morning on time and with a smile on his face. He examined the sofa and saw the two areas in which the staples had pulled out. The staples in the sofa were black however, Eric shared he only had silver. One area was 12 inches long the other was 7 inches long he provided an estimate in which my husband and I agreed upon. He went to the vehicle to retrieve his tools, he had a compressor, hose and staple gun,
I was impressed how clean and neat they were and most importantly how gently he laid every thing on our Brook Meadow Oak floors. The best part of the visit he made the repairs as we chatted. Last week my husband came up with the idea the sofa would look good if we added decor nails around the rear to match our dining chairs. So I asked Eric if it was possible and he agreed it could be done. We also agreed it would be pleasing to the eye while adding extra support to the area. I can't wait for Eric to return and make this sofa truly our own creation. I will always call on Eric for repairs and I highly recommend to all future customers you will be pleased.
