“We have a very nice 10-year-old leather couch that had a frayed tear in it, as well as some "stretch marks" that indicated that the leather would be giving way in the near future. When Julie came over to the studio, she looked at the damage, and recommended replacing the whole panel--and it was obvious that she was right.
