“So my brand new puppy decided to chew up my custom $15,000 sofa while I left him alone because I'm stupid. I Went online and Tried to contact a few companies and left messages and Scott Donovan at Fibrenew Emailed me straight away. I sent SCOTT images of what my puppy did and he gave me a quote and was here right on time about two weeks later. SCOTT came in super nice guy On the dot of his scheduled time. SCOTT was here from 11am until 6 PM. I did not bother SCOTT whatsoever. I left him alone until he was finished, until the job was complete. Mind you I was not looking for perfect, Shoot, I was even looking for mediocre work on what my puppy had done. To my surprise, Scott did such an amazing job on repairing the corner of my couch. I was flabbergasted. I was completely in shock because even though it was not perfect, I would absolutely give it about 85% And that to me was far and beyond What I was even hoping for. I have to reiterate, this is a custom couch, leather and extremely expensive and SCOTT worked magic on this. The color matches, almost identical. I would absolutely recommend this company, especially Scott if you could get Scott Donovan to come out you will not be disappointed. Scott is just amazing!!!”
