“Wow, all I can say is that Scott saved the day! After a vintage leather chair (that had been recently restored) was deeply scratched by fingernails, I was unsure if I would have to reupholster the entire chair (very expensive) to get it back into good condition again. I called Fibrenew out of desperation. I initially sent in some photos through the website, and they responded within a day with a quote. Pretty much the next day, Scott popped in just to look at the damage to see how long it might take him to fix. (he squeezed me in between clients) He then came back later that week and spent 3-4 hours getting that chair back to perfection! I admit, it was a difficult job, but he really was so knowledgeable and thorough, he matched the color perfectly and the scratches are gone! I highly recommend Scott, he is an artist and craftsman! And, the price was really affordable!”
