Great service and work. Couch looks brand new!
Alana at Fibrenew rescued water-damaged couch cushions so that the entire couch did not have to go to the dump. After a broken water line poured water through the light fixtures, I thought the couch was trash, but Alana saved it. Looks good as new with new leather on the cushions that is an incredible match. Quick and very professional work. Amazing save!

Alana spent over four hours working to repair a driver's seat tear in my 2007 Yukon along with repairing severe dog scratchs on our large sectional coach. We were ready to throw out the coach it looked so bad. Alana did a beautiful cleaning and redying of the white-gray couch that I did not think would be possible. As I made the contact with Alana against my wife''s advice, there was alot on the line. Alana made me the winner of our discussions. The vinyl in our boat had several tears and gouges. Being an older boat, the vinyl was faded in various spots, making color matching very difficult. Not only did Alana do a fantastic job of patching and filling in the damaged areas, but she took extra time and care to make sure the color in each area exactly matched the surrounding vinyl. Great job, and we could not be happier!

Alana did a great job in matching the color of the leather seats in our 1995 BMW M3. The color is champagne a light color and Alana painstakingly kept mixing the dyes until she had it just right. She also refinished the driver's side panel. Excellent job Alana. Thanks

Alana at Fidrenew Central Tacoma promptly answered my inquiry and followed up with an appointment to visit my home. Her website is equipped to receive photos of my project, so she already knew what to expect. She arrived promptly, assessed the job, and repaired (a few small rips and some delamination on the seats) 4 pieces of leather furniture. Everything was done to my satisfaction in just a few hours! Color-matching was spot on. I was about to replace all 4 pieces but now I don't need to do that! Leather repairers are becoming harder to find in my area. These folks are definitely worth a look if you need repairs done in the greater Tacoma area.
