WOW! I sent them an email asking if they did restaurant booths. they replied, gave me an estimate, and was here measuring WITHIN the hour! that is very impressive, especially because we are located all the way in Gastonia. Not only were they friendly, reliable, and urgent, they did a beautiful job on our restaurant booths! Now i can serve my tables with ease knowing they have a comfortable place to sit! what a relief. I had Fibrenew come out to repair two faded areas on a couch of mine and I am very happy I hired them to do the job! The two faded spots were an eyesore before and now you can't even tell there was ever any fading. They matched the color perfectly and they even touched up smaller nicks and faded areas not only on the original couch that had the two faded spots, but they even took care of a few other nicks and scratches on the matching loveseat at no extra charge!!! I was hesitant at hiring someone to do some touch up work on the couch, but I am happy I called them because they did a fantastic job. Their pricing is reasonable and quite frankly worth it for their work! 10/10 would definitely recommend them! Thank you again, Fibrenew!

We had a great experience working with Roger at Fibrenew of Charlotte.
We had extensive damage to two upholstered chairs. I emailed photos of the damage and quickly received an estimate. Roger picked up the 2 chairs and returned them less than 5 days later. Thanks so much for the prompt, professional job. Guess this means we can keep our new puppy!
