“Let me start by saying I'm about 2 months late writing this review but my husband and I wanted to make sure we kept our word to Mike over at Fibrenew for the AMAZING WORK AND SERVICE HE PROVIDED US.
In short I bought these expensive reclining sofa chairs from Z Gallery about 6 years ago before they filed for bankruptcy, the motors in 2 of these recliners went out almost simultaneously. I called Z Gallery and of course they were no help so I googled to see if we could find someone to help us get these 2 chairs fixed since Z Gallery got a free pass for not having records due to the bankruptcy.
My husband and I both reached out and got a call back from Mike. He was super responsive and was willing to take a look at our broken recliner sofa and I'm so glad we reached out and had him come by. Mike was able to not only identity what the issue was quickly but also repair for us in a timely reasonably priced fee. I was about to trash this expense sofa and go buy a totally new couch because the holidays were approaching and the recliners were stuck in the recline position before we had Mike @ Fibrenew come by.
This is a locally owned business but I promise you won't go wrong if you bet on Mike @ Fibrenew you will be very happy you did. From a timely response, excellent customer service, polite and honest work Mike did a great job. I will be using Fibrenew again if I ever need any work done from recliner repairs to restoration work. Super happy and grateful my husband and I bet on this business.
