Sofa restored in a timely fashion
In 2021 I brought home two adorable puppies. In May 2022 I bought a brand new loveseat. And the puppies personalized it. It was ruined. I thought I would have to slipcover it or buy a new loveseat. Today Stephen brought me back my brand new sofa. I am thrilled!!

I had the best experience with Stephen Bland of Fibrenew. I requested a quote for a 6 yo recliner that needed new filler and foam in the seat and lumbar area. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work I received by Stephen with FibreNew. I have a 20 year old leather sofa and chair I felt was hopeless and he repaired both to look new again. He did an excellent job replacing the cushions with new foam. In addition he refurbishing the leather color back to its original and removed creases in the leather to look as good it did the day I bought it. Stephen was great. He was on time, very clean, protected my floors with his blanket while he worked on the leather chair and explained the entire process very well.
As far as the actual work, he had to do multiple things to my leather chair to get it right. It took him about 2.5 hours and the end product is like new. We have two of those chairs and one can not tell the difference between them once he was done.

Stephen renewed our 40 year old leather loveseat and my favorite chair. Sun damage, dog nail scratches, and general aging were almost completely removed without having to stain the leather, which would have resulted in a monotone appearance. Stephen hung in there and applied nine coats to achieve the desired results. The two pieces still retain some character (and memories) but the aged look is subtle. From the first point of contact Stephen Bland was up front, honest, extremely professional which made it easy to converse with about my project. Stephen took time to explain the Fibrenew process in detail, he assured me that I would love the final product. Stephen was able to explain the process so much, that his assurance convinced me to give him the opportunity to complete other pieces of my interior that was scheduled to be completed by the upholster. His attention to detail was spot on, I could not tell the difference from my sample piece of leather to his Fibrenew color match. Stephen understood my goal of saving as much of the originality on my 1964 Buick Electra as possible, with his help I was able to achieve that goal. If it is one thing I can say about this franchise owner is he completely out did himself and I highly recommend contacting Stephen for your next project.

I had 2 cream colored upholstered dining room chairs that had been worn over the years from holiday events, everyday seating and the cat’s favorite spot for hair balls! I had used a variety of products to clean the seats over the last 2 years and they just progressively got worse! Then I met Stephen Bland and after hearing what he did I asked him to come out at take a look. When he came out I had forgotten that his service is mobile and started cleaning the chairs that day!!! His services were quick and turned out better than I could of imagined. With seeing the fabulous results immediately, I asked him to clean the patio cushions and just on a whim asked if he could also add stuffing to the cushions and to my surprise the answer was YES! I have a leather chair that had multiple tears and scratches in the seat. Stephen was able to fix it to look new again. It could not have been easier. He came to my house, picked up the chair, and delivered it back when it was complete. You cannot tell it was ever repaired! I will call him again anytime I need restoration.

We had a 15 year old sectional that was showing some discoloration. We tried to restore it ourselves but it did not work.
We called Stephen and he came out to look at it in 2 days, gave us an estimate on the spot and restored it right then and there.
It looks like new! We are very pleased and will refer Stephen to our family and friends. He is very professional and polite as well!
For the record, I usually give 2-star and 4-star ratings for things. I try to reserve the 1-star and 5-stars for reviews that truly deserve them. Very well-done, Stephen.
My wife and I (military) purchased a wonderful living room set of leather furniture in Charleroi, back when we were stationed in Belgium. 19 years, 3 kids, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 7 moves later... what once was easily the nicest furniture in the house, was looking pretty poor, and had us wondering if we should replace it.
In hopes it might still be salvageable, I gave Fibrenew a call and started discussing options with Stephen. I had my doubts... I'm not used to high-traffic items lasting longer than 10-15 years (if that). On hearing what the furniture was and looking at some photos, Stephen assured me it could be restored to new condition. We made plans for pickup and gave him a chance to show what he could do.
These pieces (Couch and two one-seaters) are quite heavy, and constructed with a lot of Ardennes-region solid wood. The couch takes up a very deep footprint, and the one-seaters are nearly the size of typical American love seats once you account for all of the padding and woodwork. Decorative leather side-panels surround them (they're designed to be seen from all sides), and there are a ton of leather trim elements. Stephen definitely had his work cut out for him.
It took some time, and coordinating delivery was a challenge (particularly due to the ice storm), but when the furniture was returned, I was stunned. The leather was impeccably cleaned and restored. Not surprisingly, there is one spot from 17 years ago where our cat had made a deep cut on the arm... treated and sealed very nicely, though you can still tell it is there... but cat's fault, not Stephen's.
I was most surprised by the condition of the front edges of the seat cushions. 19 years left a LOT of wear on them, and I had feared the leather was degraded beyond repair. You can't even tell where the wear patterns were. Amazing job!
If you're contemplating cherished pieces of your own...
1) Color-scheme of the leather was unchanged... restored completely to its original appearance.
2) Wood was completely intact and in original condition. Nothing was broken, chipped, or weakened that I could notice. I assume Stephen's primary focus/expertise is the leather, but I asked him to go over the framework and check/tighten any structural elements that looked in need of attention, which he did.
3) Stephen was very polite, prompt, and thorough communicating with us. He answered all of our questions skillfully, and accurately projected when the job would be finished.
4) The character of the furniture remained what we had fallen in love with 19 years ago. Stephen delivered as promised, and the living room set is once again the best furniture in the house. Thank you so much!

Stephen with Fibernew SE Louisville repaired the driver's seat in the 2010 Lexus RX350 driven by my granddaughter. The seat bottom was in shreds and the back was damaged. Stephen replaced the leather cover on the seat and repaired the damaged back. We were completely satisfied with his work. The price was quite reasonable, and we appreciated the accommodation in scheduling to work with my granddaughter's college schedule.
