“A leather couch that has been in the family for 20 years needed a few minor repairs. Calling around repair shops. I finally spoke with a friendly representative that listened to my concern, asked for additional information and directed me to the person that would be able to better assist me ( due to regional location ) I texted photos of my situation to the number provided and soon I received a phone call to followed up with me and to arrange the best time to meet for an in person evaluation to assist with the problem. When the day came, I was greeted with kindness and during the evaluation of the couch I was able to learn a few things and gained a few life lessons in between. It was great conversation from start to finish and now a couch that has been a part of my family for decades is now restored and can be enjoyed for the next generation to come. Thanks to Travis!
