8/10/22 update. Seat had addional hidden dirt not visible when original stain was cleaned resulting in another stain that appeared after the seat dried. I had what I think was some kind of adhesive ground into my seat back in my truck. Chris came out to check it out and unfortunately whatever the substance was was not going to come out without further damage to the seat cover. Chris worked with my insurance, secured a new seat cover, and worked around my schedule for the repair. He came to me and replaced the fabric in my driveway in less than an hour. Super convenient, professional, and friendly. Solid work and service.

I wanted to have a set of knee pads for the center console on my BMW Z4 re-dyed from black to red. Chris responded very quickly had me scheduled in a few days later. The re-dye matches my seat color perfectly!

Several months ago, I made a terrible mistake with a leather cleaning product and the result was completely destroying the color of the leather in two areas of our chair. Chris Loebach of FIBRENEW worked his magic, perfectly restoring and matching the color of the leather and blending it beautifully with the surrounding leather. We watched as he determined the type of protected leather he was dealing with and were extremely impressed with his knowledge of what can be a complicated process. The result of his work on our chair is absolutely beautiful, and we learned a great deal about caring for leather furniture in the process. I spilt 1/4 of a can of brown deck stain in the back of my car. I have dark interior carpet, so the stain wasn't that noticeable to the eye, but the smell was unbearable. Chris came out and spent hours working his magic. He was not only able to remove the deck stain from the carpet, but was also able to eliminate the carcinogenic smell from the interior of my car. Before he cleaned up my mess, we were driving around in nearly 100 degree heat with the windows down, because of the toxic smell. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond to restore my vehicle to its original state!
