“I am super happy with Mike and Fibernew. From the moment I made contact to inquire about our 10 yr old couch and dining chairs he was very responsive. After sending photos he responded quickly on what they can do and the cost. We scheduled the work to restore our White leather couch, unfortunately, our chairs are not restore-able. We love our (expensive) couch, but 10 years of dog activity and bad cleaning protocol has put it in a condition that was dirty and destroyed in a few places. Mike showed up on time and ready to work his magic. The proof is in the photos. We basically have a new couch after Mike cleaned and restored it. He also gave me instruction on how to properly maintain the leather. The cost for cleaning and restoring was very reasonable. We are super happy to have many more years with our favorite couch.
