I am super happy with Mike and Fibernew. From the moment I made contact to inquire about our 10 yr old couch and dining chairs he was very responsive. After sending photos he responded quickly on what they can do and the cost. We scheduled the work to restore our White leather couch, unfortunately, our chairs are not restore-able. We love our (expensive) couch, but 10 years of dog activity and bad cleaning protocol has put it in a condition that was dirty and destroyed in a few places. Mike showed up on time and ready to work his magic. The proof is in the photos. We basically have a new couch after Mike cleaned and restored it. He also gave me instruction on how to properly maintain the leather. The cost for cleaning and restoring was very reasonable. We are super happy to have many more years with our favorite couch.
If you are like me and put off the restoration of your furniture, DON'T, Mike is the guy. I didn't think it was possible and thought we would need to eventually replace our couch. Not only is he responsive, he is super nice and kind to all of our fur babies.

I had a specific issue that unfortunately couldn't be resolved directly at this location, but the owner took the time to explain in detail why the problem occurred and the options available for fixing it. Unlike most places that might attempt a fix and potentially make things worse, they were honest about the situation. It's refreshing to deal with such straightforward and honest people. Highly recommend for their integrity and transparency!

Mike did an incredible job repairing the seats in my 2019 F150! From the very beginning, he was extremely professional and took the time to explain the entire process, setting clear expectations. While he didn't promise perfection, what I got was beyond perfect! His skills and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

Great experience!!! I called in panic as my almost 4 year old got permanent blue marker on my mom's light leather couch. Mike was so reassuring and truly was amazing. He came in got the rest of the stain out that I couldn't and literally made it look new!!! We will definitely be keeping his number handy, although hope I don't have to call again.

We just had a vintage office chair refinished and I can't believe the transformation. At first, I was hesitant. I didn't believe that it could be restored and would only end up looking worse! I kept envisioning those TV commercials from the 70's / 80's where you used some kind of paste that you would try to color match to, then heat with a clothing Iron and Parchment paper! Needless to say, my fears were put to rest when Mike came over with his mobile art studio and went to work. I had purposely left him alone and didn't want to see what he was doing for fear of being disappointed. After all, the chair he was working on had been valued up to 10K! There are no replacement parts whatsoever. If something were to get ruined or damaged the chair would become worthless. Getting back to the finished work: It was so many more times better than what I had expected! It literally, was brand new!! I couldn't believe my eyes and still can't!
Mike is definitely a true craftsman. He projected confidence in what he was doing and is definitely a Master of his trade. He was also incredibly pleasant to do business with.
I could go on and on but will end it with saying: If you ever have a piece of leather furniture or car seat that needs restoring / repair give him a call, regardless of its value. You'll be in better hands then you could possibly have ever imagined.
49 5 star reviews Mike doesn't need another but he was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind that it was certainly called for. Didn't have any work done honestly as I decided to go another route. But just by the interaction and expertise alone I can tell you Mike does phenomenal work and I would recommend him hands down if needing any leather restoration.
Wonderful experience with Mike and Fibrenew Hollywood. I had sent Mike pictures of our chairs when requesting an estimate. He took the time to come and look at them before giving us a cost. He was concerned that he was not able to predict the longevity of the repair because of the amount of damage to the leather on one of the seats. The chairs were deep cleaned, leather and dye damage was repaired and re-dyed to the original color and a protective top coat was applied for what we thought was a very fair price. The chairs are nearly ten years old but look very close to brand new!
Mike was superb worked very hard for many hours to fix every single Tear on my white leather couch. He is totally honest about the results, and I recommend him highly.

Mike just finished restoring our 10 year old leather sectional and it looks like new. He took his time cleaning, reconditioning and refinishing it. The result surpassed our expectations.
Mike said that he could improve the beige upholstery in my 10 year old car that has been scratched and discolored by our 2 large black dogs, but he made it quite clear that I should not have high expectations.

I contacted them to make repairs on my 1999 Mercedes 300D. Mike Nonelle took the time to email me and explain why the cost was higher than I anticipated. He also was generous enough to provide advice on some other options. It is refreshing to encounter a business owner who goes the extra mile, even when it doesn't add to their bottom line.
I been living in south Florida for 20 years, over these past 20 years I have dealt with a lot of different vendors/contractos but I can honestly say that I have not come across a more professional, ethical and decent service provider than Mike Nonelle. I found his services doing a online search. I hired him because of some of the reviews I read and also the way he talked to me when I reach out to him over the phone.
I’m so pleased that I restored my leather couch with Mike.
Unfortunately I did not have a success story with my couch but the issue was not Mike. He did a great job but the leather did not take the treatment well.
I called Mike to explain what was happening.
He took the time to explain to me what happened and without me asking for a refund he volunteered to give me a full refund for his services.
That is something that I never experienced with any vendors here is south Florida.
I was happy with his services before but with that gesture he gained a customer for life.

I was concern in the repair of My Co-pilot chair. My SUV was neat and new except for a damage area in this chair. Mike he is a very candid and professional person but in top of that is a magician. The chair looks like new, it's perfect the big block ink spot is going and my chair looks like new. I am still wondering how he match the color 300%. I was about to replace the chair. What a saver!!

Mike was great to deal with in the process of inspecting the seats and then quoting on them, he provided a full quote, and then came and did them at my work. The results are better than I had imagined they would be, by a long shot. I work in yachting and so have passed on his number to all our sales and service teams as our high end clients would be more than happy with this outcome. From the get-go, your Internet site and follow up questions had me convinced that we were going to be very pleased. You arrived on time and neatly brought all of your equipment inside for setting up. You were concise and orderly. You took the time to explain what the total procedure would be. I was so intrigued that I decided to stay and watch you perform your magic-and it was magic. All the time you were able to further explain the methodology as you performed. Your clean-up was total.
Just as an added thought, we allowed the sofas to sit for two days until we (our dog) allowed ourselves to sit on them.

We had one section of our Hand Made Italian Leather Sofa Damaged Badly, Dark Grey Color.
I contacted Mike and send him some pictures, he got back with me gave us an Estimate and a Time Frame.
Mike did follow up on a regular Basis to let me know the status of this "Very Difficult Repair" matching the Hide of the Leather and Grain, Color, Stitching etc.

I called Mike and he quickly got me a quote to repair the damage my dog did to several sections of our leather couch and then we set up an appt. Fibrenew did an incredible restoration job on an antique love seat that has been in my family for a long time. It was in pretty bad shape with heavy stains and lots of cracks, but Fibrenew got it looking beautiful again. The color is brighter and better than before. Can't say enough good things about this company. Mike came out to our private medical practice to repair several chairs that had been damaged due to use over the past couple of years, all of which were leather recliners that had torn/worn patches where they rubbed against the wall. He repaired them and I can tell you they look brand new again. I was very pleased and would highly recommend his services.
This service is absolutely amazing! My motorized exam table that had an unsightly gash in the upholstery now looks brand new!! It's impossible to even see where the work was done. Mike also renewed the arms rests on two blood drawing chairs which now appear fresh from the factory.
