The chaise lounge part of our sectional had a problem with the frame. The service tech came and looked at the furniture and determined the item needed to be taken to their shop for repair. They arranged for a company to pick up the item a few days later. The item was fixed and returned within two weeks. They did a very good job repairing the frame. It is much more comfortable now! Couldn't be happier!
