Paul with Fibernew Indy West exceeded all expectations. He was quick to answer his phone and made a trip to swing by the same day. It ended up being a simple fix with wires for our electrical couch, but thankful for the thoroughness and great communication along the way.
Paul was AMAZING !!! I had several tiny cracks and a couple large cracks in my dash and he fixed them all! It looks so good. I am so happy he was so nice to work with and came to the house!
I normally don’t take time to write reviews but I always look at them all I want to say Thank You Paul he literally saved a leather sectional sofa that we were gonna just throw away he came to our home and fixed all of the mechanicals that were not working as well a put new springs in and the part that he couldn’t repair he took it with him and brought it back in about 4 days looking like new once he brought that in he notice that something wasn’t aligned right on one of the seats and he took the time to fix it. Great job and service.

Paul fixed a giant hole in our couch cushion after our dog decided to have it for lunch. I didn't think it could be fixed. He fixed it, matched the leather and the grain perfectly and you can't tell whatsoever that there was any damage. His prices are the best around and he worked quickly and communicated personally. 5 stars. Thank you Paul.
Paul at Fibrenew reupholstered my wife's grandfather's antique club chair. He provided expert consultation on the process including selecting appropriate leather hides. He completed the process in a timely manner and our new chair looks gorgeous. Highly recommended!!!
Paul was so knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I have a 12 year old lazy boy reclining sofa and chair that had cat scratches and had fading areas on the armrests and headrests. Paul was able to clean it, and re-dye the leather and it looks great and really does look as good as new. Much more cost effective than purchasing a new set!! I would highly recommend his services.

We bought a new leather couch about a month ago and our cat accidentally scratched up the main center cushion. I asked around for a referral and researched the web and all lines led to Fibrenew. I submitted a claim on line and received a response the next morning. So glad we did! Jeff did AMAZING work, left our couch looking like new, and treated my wife with absolute respect and professionalism. Since my wife said we have to keep the cat, looks like we will be calling on Fibrenew again in the future. Please, if you have a leather repair need, contact these guys. I had a 15 year old leather chair that was faded, worn and have water stains. He redyed the leather.
I sent Paul photos of the chairs and he provided me with an estimate. We scheduled a date and he picked up the chair. In less than two weeks, I received a brand new chair... it looks incredible. Plus the protection he put on the chair ensures that it will last a long time.
The chaise lounge part of our sectional had a problem with the frame. The service tech came and looked at the furniture and determined the item needed to be taken to their shop for repair. They arranged for a company to pick up the item a few days later. The item was fixed and returned within two weeks. They did a very good job repairing the frame. It is much more comfortable now! Couldn't be happier!
He replaced the mechanism in our Barcalounger recliner, and he fused the very difficult pattern on the back in order to repair a rip in the upholstery. He was prompt, professional, and affordable. He was willing to take on a project that the majority of his competitors passed on.
Fibrenew has a very good reputation for leather fabric repair. It has been about 2 weeks now so I am now comfortable writing this review to indicate that the work was done to my satisfaction. The service was done in my home. It took about 1 hour to repair the two one inch holes. My seat back cushions do not detach from the sofa, so the repair had to be made from the outside, as he could repair and reinforce from the inside. The color was VERY well matched to the original. Paul explained what may be occurring to the leather and took extra steps to reinforce a section of the cushion where the leather was weak AT NO EXTRA COST. I am very pleased as the repair seems to be sturdy and looks like it will last. If you did not know it was there, you would not notice it.
We worried that our expensive one-year-old special-order leather couch was ruined when someone's sticky hair product removed the dye and made the headrest sticky. Additionally, the headrest on our Stickley recliner about a dozen years old had cracked. A leather lounger and footstool had become quite scuffed and dirty with hard use. Fibrenew was able to clean, fill and partially redye the chair, footstool and couch in our home. The seat of the recliner went to the shop for repair and came home like new! We could not be happier with their work!
