Someone with keys in their pocket leaned on our leather couch and sliced open the back of a cushion. We contacted a few other local companies getting quotes and availability, and Fibrenew's team were the most responsive and helpful. Our children unfortunately made the problem worse before our appointment, and a small amount of the material itself was gone. However, the tech who came out was able to make it look nearly new! He was also: on time, exceptionally polite, and very aware of the tidiness of his work and workspace. I would easily recommend Fibrenew over any other local business!
Fibre new has always been there to help me with repairs. They do a fantastic job and often come to my rescue! Been dealing with them for about 20yrs, they have creative solutions for upholstery problems I run into. They are busy guys for this very reason, so advance notice and patience are appreciated from them.

Great job repairing the very heavily worn centre armrest in my 2008 Honda Accord. Looks just like new, and price of repair was reasonable.

I had a small tear on my 2011 BMW leatherette seat and called Blair to come and repair. He showed up this morning on time and took out the seat to repair. He came back only a few hours after with the "perfectly" repaired seat. The service was fast and nicely done! I am 100% happy. The price was good enough to heal my stress every time I see the damaged seat. It was quite a pleasant meeting with Blair and he is a "professional". Fibrenew just repaired my couch and loveseat that are 10 years old and were showing some wear and a few scratches, he did a fantastic job, they look brand new. The gentleman was very courteous and covered up making as little mess as possible, arrived on time and was done in under the estimated time frame.
