Fibrenew Marietta Customer Reviews
“We've had Bill out to our home twice for inspections of our leather. Once back in 2013 when he had to break some bad news to us. We had been sold some "Genuine Leather" that was in fact a bonded or bi-cast leather.
Several years later we replaced the bad leather with new furniture. After conditioning the leather, we noticed the leather getting sticky. Bill came back out and this time gave us much better news. We were actually working with real deal, nice leather this time. He simply explained that one of the products I used to condition it was leaving the sticky residue. He demonstrated some proper cleaning and conditioning techniques and advised that I stop using one of the products.
Before leaving he left us with a wealth of knowledge on types of leather, dying processes, manufacturing processes, etc.
It's easy to tell when someone enjoys what they do. Bill definitely loves his work.”
