I must have contacted a dozen leather repair companies and Fibrew was the only one that was able to help with my sofa. They were professional and easy to communicate with. It's refreshing to find a company that takes pride in what they do.
I sent Bill a console cover from our ski boat that had cracked, it was a plastic part and I doubted it could be fixed and color matched. When my husband damaged my beautiful navy $4,000 leather sofa I hit the roof. He was using the sofa as a desk and his computer scraped off a chunk of leather. Bill was wonderful enough to fix every cat scratch on my leather couch for a cheap, reasonable price. I couldn't ask for a better job. I cant even tell where it was damaged before. He was cheaper than anyone else I contacted around the Cartersville area.

Bill repaired a tear on my driver door. He texted me to let me know what time he would arrived to my work and he arrived on time. Very nice guy.
He fixed the leather tear within 20 minutes and was able to match the color. You can't even tell there was any damage to the leather.

We've had Bill out to our home twice for inspections of our leather. Once back in 2013 when he had to break some bad news to us. We had been sold some "Genuine Leather" that was in fact a bonded or bi-cast leather.
Several years later we replaced the bad leather with new furniture. After conditioning the leather, we noticed the leather getting sticky. Bill came back out and this time gave us much better news. We were actually working with real deal, nice leather this time. He simply explained that one of the products I used to condition it was leaving the sticky residue. He demonstrated some proper cleaning and conditioning techniques and advised that I stop using one of the products.
Before leaving he left us with a wealth of knowledge on types of leather, dying processes, manufacturing processes, etc.
It's easy to tell when someone enjoys what they do. Bill definitely loves his work.

Car wash left a bottle of cleaning solvent on my backseat of my SUV. We didn't notice it for 3 days. It caused a bad stain on the leather. I called FIBRENEW, Bill resolved the problem.

Bill was so responsive and helpful when my Termpurpedic bed had adjustable problems. He came to my home on a Saturday which was the only day that worked on my schedule, located the problem, and helped me find the solution to get the parts in as quickly as possible, given the holidays. He was willing to come back at anytime to fix the issue, canvas the area for parts that might be in town, and also suggested using someone else if they had the parts and could do it sooner. He was generous beyond belief, helpful to a degree you just don't see anymore in the service industry, and was knowledgeable about the product. Bill is unique. We purchased a beautiful Thomasville Furniture leather set for our family room furniture in 1999. The color was a rich color. Over they years the furniture sustained sun damaged as well as scratches from pets not to mention 5 grandchildren. Although the furniture was still very comfortable and structurally sound, it seemed it was time to replace it. While searching the internet I came across Fibrenew' web page and the rest is history.
Fibrenew restored our furniture's leather to look like new. The color matched the original color perfectly. The scratches, spots and sun damage are GONE. We are extremely happy with the work Fibrenew did for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Bill recently repaired the leather seat in our vehicle. The seat had a hole in it about 2/3 the size of a baseball. We are very satisfied with the repair, the color matching and the price for the repair. Just as a follow up, I own a 2005 Honda Pilot that had been recently repaired by Bill of Fibrenew. It ended up that I had a minor problem with part of the repair peeling. I called Bill and he was unbelievably responsive. I sent him a photo. He diagnosed the problemand set up the date that he'd come back to fix it. He was on time and did a beautiflu job. He said he didn't expect there would be any other problems, but should there be any issue at all, just give him a call. Talk about standing behind your work!! Good job!
I have a 2005 Honda Pilot that had a tear in the driver's seat. I can not believe how incredible the repair looks and the level of communication, professionalism and service I received from Bill of Fibrenew. He let me know when he'd arrive, how long it would take and exactly what would be done. I own a 2002 Lincoln Navigator and the steering wheel tan leather was turning black. I tried to replace it but discovered Ford no longer makes the part. Discovered Fibrenew Atlanta NW and had Bill come out and repair the leather like new and for a reasonable price. Thank you Bill!
As you can see from the before/after pictures, the results were amazing! Bill came to our home to pick up our 2 chairs that I was ready to give up on and delivered them back to us LIKE NEW. The set was Natuzzi Italian Leather, and consisted of a sofa, love seat and oversized chair. It is very comfortable, and we loved it. It served us well for many years but began looking incredibly worn. In fact it did not just look worn it also had many slash marks that went all the way through the leather, from constant pets jumping on and off of it. Just at the time we were going to replace it, my husband lost his job. We then knew it would be a while before we could purchase new furniture. We tried cleaning it ourselves and even inquired at leather furniture stores to see if there was any way to repair such damages. There did not seem to be any known solutions. Then, through a friend, we found out about Fibrenew. We had the Fibrenew Representative come to our home to see if anything could be done. After examining the furniture he told us that it could all be restored. We truly could not believe that would be possible, but we thought we’d give Fibrenew a try. When all the work was completed it was nothing short of a miracle. We could not believe our eyes. Not only were all the slash marks completely gone, but the repair was flawless. Also since our furniture was peach in color we were shocked to see that the color was perfectly matched. Working with Fibrenew was the best decision we could have made. I had a need to repair worn spots on Leather in Lexus. Deep clean and condition all leather. Have simimilar issues on a second vehicle. This is old, before you did our two vehicles. Which by the way we are very pleased with the results.
