Had John take a look at the seats and a drape that covers the soft-top on our old convertible. Replacement parts are a challenge, but you wouldn't know it after Fibernew completed their task. The seat covers, that were at least a decade old, look brand new. Extremely impressed, and very pleased!
FibreNew is THE shop to go to! They took my 64 Cadillac Sedan Deville and brought the seats back to life. The seats were very weathered from neglect and they gave the leather a new lease on life. When was the last time you got an estimate for some work and the actual total was LESS? FibreNew Mesa repaired three boat seats that had extensive cat claw damage and got them looking new again. John is very friendly, honest, and does good work. I highly recommend them.
After talking with a few different local upholstery shops , I was most impressed with John about reupholstering my Lexus front seats . I like the fact he came to my house and removed the seats , so the car was not sitting at a shop for days .

John and the guys at Fibrenew East Valley just dropped off my newly made over couch! My Creative Leather couch was 18 years old and the cushions were a bit saggy, not to mention it was way too big for the room. They shortened it to make it 3 cushions instead of 4. It went from frumpy to fabulous!! I'm very happy! Highly recommended!
Not only did they do a wonderful job fixing our couch after some dog damage but they made the process super easy. Website was easy to use, they made it easy to schedule and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend them.
I have 2 leather/chrome couches that are at least 25 years old. Students and parents sit on them waiting for their music lessons so I want them to be cared for and comfortable. The stitching especially on seating areas was coming apart. Considered replacing them but looking online was amazed at the price for replacements that don't seem to be the same quality as these. Found Fibrenew East Valley, sent some pics got a quote that seemed fair and was very comfortable with the sense that I was dealing with honest people. Turned out that not only stitching but also the webbing that supports the seating was stretched. I had no experience with this stuff but the owner's explanation was complete and non pressured.
They're back and I'm amazed! They look and feel new to the touch and when I sit on them, and I am DELIGHTED!

John was/is awesome!! We were in a pinch and they were able to fit us in. Our brand new leather couches had cut marks in them from opening the boxes. He patched up the cuts and matched the color beautifully. He had valuable insights and suggestions on keeping the leather in good shape. Scheduled an appointment with John for my 1971 Ford Maverick dash pad. Sent him pics of the cracks and an estimate was given. He picked up the dash from my home and repaired some large cracks, but was he still not happy with it. He recommended a wrap. He completed the job meticulously and only charged for the materials not any further labor. Dash looks awesome! Would highly recommend his services!

AMAZING RESULTS...could not be happier!!! While recently pet sitting for friends, I accidentally stained an expensive leather sectional with an insect repellent (do not use DEET anywhere near leather furniture...who knew). I was impressed with FibreNew Mesa, from the first phone call as Gordon knew exactly what caused the staining and assured me that they could repair the damage to a like new condition. Mike the technician was beyond great. He took the time to explain the entire process to me in advance, as this was not my leather sectional, and I had some questions and concerns. He even helped me relocate my friends' bird (who loves to bite) as a precaution for the chemical fumes generated from the dying process. The results were simply amazing, as I was not able to find any evidence of re-dying the leather. And the high-end leather sectional honestly looks better after the repair than it did before the staining (as he repaired other areas of minor damage unrelated to the DEET stains). I personally think Mike is more of an artist than a technician. And based on my experience, I would not hesitate to use and/or recommend FibreNew Mesa for any and all of future leather repairs. I purchased my couch and love seat from Creative Leather about 15 years ago. The seat cushion where my husband sits/lays was frayed and then tore. I contacted several leaher restoration facilities, but was most impressed with my conversation with Gordon and his assurance that my couch can be repaired. There were also several stains so I was skeptical BUT when Mike came out he assured me that all could be taken care of. AND he was absolutely correct! Highest recommendation! The console of my car was scratched, and had been such prior to purchase. It detracted from the overall aesthetic, and I knew it wasn't something I wanted to attempt to fix without expertise. After Fibrenew came up in a Google search, I requested a quote. Olen quickly contacted me with a very reasonable price, and we scheduled an appointment at my residence. In a matter of hours, I had a better-than-new console section - in the color I would have originally chosen. Excellent workmanship, great experience, and I'll be handing out his cards to our friends.

I had a burn hole on the leather driver's seat on my car. I hired Fibrenew Mesa and am so happy that I did. Mike did the repair and it is truly amazing! The color match was perfect as was the texture. If I didn't know where the repair was, I wouldn't even know that there was ever a burn hole on the leather seat. I have a leather couch it's 18 years old but still in great shape just a little faded over time. I made the mistake of hiring another company to do a re-dye and the couch was almost destroyed by incompetence. We called fibrenew and explained the situation to Gordon who came over with his leather technician Daniel. After a few weeks the couch came back good as new they did a great job. I'll have this furniture for many years to come. I recommend them for all your leather needs
We had an abraded spot and multiple nicks in our sofa. The damage was at the worst possible place-on a corner with seams. The repair was miraculous. You could not see the damage and the color match was perfect. Mike really took his time to make sure the repair was done right. I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right!

Wow -- A guy named Michael cleaned, repaired, and airbrush-dyed my favorite faux leather loveseat. I cannot find another design like it, and was afraid it may be beyond repair, but it looks like new now! There was a tear-hole developing in the cushion (about an inch) and now I can't even find where it was. Not only did he repair it, but he installed a large patch underneath to reinforce it. The white faux leather looked off white because of years of sweat and wear - now it is bright white. There were multiple cat toenail punctures that he filled and airbrushed - gone! Great guy, great work, great business. Thank you, Fibrenew!

I thought my leather sectional had to be replaced because of unsightly peeling, spotted, and torn leather but decided to try Fibrenew first. I am so glad I did because the transformation the technician performed was amazing. The sectional looks like new again! Olen did exceptional work repairing our chair. Someone accidentally ripped a hole in the back of a recliner that was 10+ years old but still in excellent shape. Olen replaced the leather and it looks perfect! Olen is very professional and does excellent work. Highly recommend!
I had vinyl on my bed's headboard damaged by contractors. Fibrenew came out, picked up the headboard, replaced the vinyl and had it back in three days. It looks exactly like it did before the damage. I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

I was so overwhelmingly happy with the job they did on my leather sofa. I didn't know what to do because my cat had urinated on it several times, but they said they could remove the odor & stains & they certainly did---it's like my 'new' old sofa!!

We had Olen Reynolds the owner of Fibernew out yesterday to restore our leather sofa and recliner. They were both looking pretty abused from years of sitting and a small dog that enjoyed them as well. The color had worn off over the years and there were scratches and a split in the leather. OMG after Olen was done they looked as good as the day they were delivered. He had also repaired a leather recliner in our RV years ago and you couldn't even see where the tear had been. Since moving to Arizona seven years ago the heat has been tough on our car seats. I contacted a couple of local restoration experts but Fibrenew was the first (and only) company to respond. Their service was extremely professional, prompt, courteous and more than fair in terms of price. Duane, Adam and his staff did a first rate job on my Acura 2007 TL with perforated seats; I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
I am so impressed with Gordon & his company! The driver's seat of my son's car was in need of repair, due to extreme wear. The entire seat was recovered & is softer & better looking than the original. I also had a dining room chair recovered, d/t a huge tear (from being in storage) & received the same results! Excellent workmanship. The front seats of my truck were starting to crack and just didn't look good. The repair and color match looks like the seats are brand new. My center console damage was too much for patching so Olen took it with him and had it reupholstered, looks even better then the original leather. Great Service and will be using again in the future.

Olen is exceptional. My leather couch was badly damaged during the apartment moving and I had no hope it could be fixed. But thanks to Olen, I am proved wrong. I texted Olen pictures of my leather couch that had flown off my truck during transport. It was shredded and ripped really bad. He was quick to respond and quote me a price over text. His schedule was flexible so he was able to meet with me that same week. It took him around 6 hours to magically make my couch look like new! I honestly cannot tell it had been so damaged! I had a couch cushion that was chewed up by my puppy and they found matching leather and repaired it perfectly! I also had them refinish my ottoman and that was okay, substantially cheaper then reupholstering but not as good in color or texture. Overall good company!

I was ready to dispose of my leather furniture. It was ripped and tattered thru 16 years of kid and pet damage. I decided to check out Fibrenew and Gordon came out and gave me an estimate that was half of cost of replacing the five pieces of furniture with new items. Did a pretty good job for my car seat's leather, almost look like new
We had a problem with a leather sectional at our condo in Mesa, AZ. After speaking with the owner of Fibrenew, Gord, he dispatched Daniel to our condo (the same day) to repair the damage left by some guests. Daniel went to work on the sectional and did a splendid job of patching a couple of punctures and repairing some abrasions. The colour-matching was particularly well done! Daniel was courteous and knowledgeable and explained the processes he used to mend the leather. If we experience any more problems with any upholstery, we will be calling Fibrenew Mesa.
Did an outstanding job on my 2006 Honda pilot. The front seat seam was damaged, after it was fixed you could not tell it was ever damaged. I have called them back to fix the stains on my leather couch.
