Awesome experience with Fibrenew Midlands!! Nothing available locally in Augusta GA for this type of service, contacted Todd, sent photos of sectional and received quote within 24 hrs. Arrived on time (early) and explained entire process and kept us involved at all times with color matching and approval before final stages of process. Set up work area in garage and was attentive to not disturb or harm any of our belonging inside and out! Finished product looks great!! Will definitely keep in touch with maintenance and future needs. Highly recommend Todd and his services!!

Todd with Fibrenew of the Midlands was fantastic! When he saw our stained aniline leather sectional, he was upfront and honest about how any typical cleaning he tried wouldn’t be successful. He did, however, help with a solution to the stained disaster area on the leather. Todd recommended completely removing the stained section and replacing the leather piece there. We provided a swatch of the leather and then he handled everything from there - ordering the leather, picking up the sectional piece, delivering it to his upholsterer, keeping us informed on the timeframe for completion, and delivering the finished piece back to us. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and the overall quality of the leather repair and professionalism of Todd. We’ll definitely refer family and friends to him and use his services again when needed.
I contacted Fibrenew Midlands and Mr. Patterson quoted fixing my car seat. The quote was very reasonable and he booked my service within a week! The repair was incredible, I can't even tell where the original tear was.

I have a custom Howard boat with white seats that were ruined from a black tire tube rubbing under the cover during the last tropical storm. The seats and back rests had big black marks worn into the Vinyl. I did a bunch of research and found stuff on Amazon which actually made the seats look worse. Found Todd’s company on google with great reviews and he was out today 8-23. Cleaned all the stuff off I applied, used his system and everything looks brand new. This is not a do it yourself kind of repair, Todd is an expert at this and I have already referred him. He spent over three hours getting my seats to look brand new!

One of the best parts of my experience with Fibrenew Midlands was receiving his contact information from a competitor. Todd responded to my first call, he came over the see the job the same day, and scheduled my repair within days. My vehicle's leather repair was done on-site in a couple of hours, so I didn't even need to take time off. Todd is professional but very friendly. His prices are competitive and he does excellent work!

Mr. Patterson came to my home to repair seat belt wear spot on my 1987 Porsche 928. He spent the time to explain the repair process and I was very satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend him for repair work of leather.
I had some very expensive bar stools custom ordered and one of them needed repair - naturally they no longer made these. Todd came out, showed me some options and reupholstered them for me - they look incredible and I was able to keep these chairs and avoid having to get all brand new furniture.

Todd came out within 48 hours to provide a quote to me for my chairs in my office and completed the work the following week. I couldn't be more pleased with the time and attention Ken gave to my car. He was able to completely replace my armrest at my office while I continued to work. He was honest, helpful and repaired the car with little effort on my part. It was definitely something I hated about my car and am so thankful that it is fixed. He also repaired a small tear on the vinyl sofa in our RV. It is barely noticeable now and we know that the patch will help the tear from getting worse.
