Shimai came to our house and fixed our leather chair (dog chew). He was efficient, kind, service oriented and repaired the chew and a stain...making the chair look new!!! I can't believe how good it looks and how easy it was for us to have him restore it at our home!
I recently had new leather cushion covers made ro replace an old, ripped one on my sofa. I decided to have two covers made to ensure a perfect match, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Fibrenew matched the color of my sofa exactly, which was very important to me.

We recently had our camper couch fixed after one of our dogs chewed a hole in it. The hole was quite big and wasn't just something that could be sewn up quick. The whole section needed to be replaced. After discussing the best solution we decided to replace that section and the one next to it so they would match. He did such a great job matching it up and we are so happy with the results! Not only did he do an amazing job but he was also very friendly and great at communicating with us!! We would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Shimai for leather repair! He did an outstanding job restoring our leather sofa after it was damaged during a move. The quality of his work is incredible—I had a hard time even finding the scuffs he repaired. One corner of the sofa had leather worn down to the frame, and I was worried it couldn't be fixed, but Shimai brought it back to life beautifully. He was quick to respond to my texts, making coordination easy, and was courteous and professional throughout. I'm beyond satisfied with the results!
I tried several different types of cleaners but when the seat dried, it would just show up again. I called Fibrebew, and in less than 30 minutes, the stain and order was gone and dry. Thank you!!

Very good, came to my place and was able to complete the repair. Can't even tell that a repair was done. Very helpful as well, gave me some tips on how to remove some sunblock stain on the vinyl seats.

The workers showed up on time. The were extremely professional. They took the time to explain the process of how they would repair my furniture and tested an area before proceeding. After completing each piece is furniture they had me check it to make sure I was happy with the work before moving on. They did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. Shimai did a wonderful job repairing my dad's leather couch. It had one of the buttons stuck due to leather stretching. A few other upholstery folks were hesitant to work on it. However, he said that he would help and was able to do it very promptly. He is very responsive, professional, and personable. It was easy to schedule his visit and repairs. Furthermore, he even contacted me to ensure that I was fully satisfied with his visit, which I was. The couch looks brand-new again! I would highly recommend Fibrenew.
