“I haven't experienced or even heard of the service I received from Gerald today since the 80's. I asked him to come up to see if he could repair my power recliner as the power wasn't working. Not only did he fix that in record time but he then set to work on getting cat scratches out of the arm of my chair. The chair looks like new, works like new and will probably save me the time and money of going out to look for a new chair. I have a bit of a med problem so going out is a bit of a pain so he helped me immensely there. He also helped me change the situation of my chairs in my house so I could start using the chair that's best for my condition. I could go on but I'll end this by saying thanks to Gerald, and if anybody out there wants courteous, fast and professional help, just call Gerald. I haven't written ANY recommendations before but this was certainly justified.”
