I had a leather sofa with some holes and wear that needed a patch. The technicians came on time and did a beautiful job repairing my sofa. It looks like new. I am very pleased with their workmanship
They did an absolutely amazing job on my living room two piece sectional. I had a guest at my short term rental with a dog that put a bunch of scratches on the couch.
Fibrenew was in and out before my next guest arrived a couple days later, and the sofa looked brand new. I would highly recommend Using them.
Very fast service fixing some upholstered dining room chair seats. Arranged repair was done same day with pick up and delivery here in The Villages.
I waited a month after my couch was serviced to see how the work held up and it did. My leather couch and 2 chairs had a multitude of cat scratches from years back that had grown really unsightly. Jerry said he could take care of it and he did. I've used the couch for about a month now and the dye has not worn off so fingers crossed it stays this way. Paying for this service was much less expensive than having to buy a whole new leather sofa and chairs. Along with doing a good job, they were punctual, neat, pleasant and polite. Jerry was here yesterday to replace a leather car seat and it's great. Same leather seat cover as original and it looks great. He and his guys did it right here in the driveway and at a price less than half what the dealership would have charged. Jerry is pleasant, polite, very professional. Jerry showed up early and after a short discussion he started the repair work on the fold down arm in the back seat of our Nissan Murano. The repair work took a little over 1 hour. The fold down arm looks good as new. Jerry was very personable and did a great job. Before and after photos attached.
They were very pleasant and did a beautiful job on my leather sofa and recliner. You can't tell anything was done! I learned something too. There is bonded leather and top grain leather. If I ever buy leather again, I will make sure it's top grain.

In November 2023 Jerry cleaned the stained leather drivers seat cover on my 2019 Highlander and died the stain he could not remove. The seat now looks like brand new. I was so happy with the results, on 1/2/24, I had him replace the leather driver's seat cover on my 2011 Avalon that was torn and badly worn. Same result, the seat looks brand new. Jerry was on time, professional and did excellent work. He kept me informed before he arrived about the time he would be here and sent reminders about the appointments. I will use Fibrenew, Ocala again if I ever have a need. I recommend this company.

Jerry showed up right on time and explained the process right away. While working on the furniture, he explained the process and how the dyes were mixed for a perfect color blend. He was very personable and enjoyed talking about the process and other things. Receiving the estimate and scheduling the repair was a breeze. I had ink on my new sectional arm couch. I tried to get it out , ended up with ink dye 3x3 inch. and a small hole. I called Fibrenew . Jerry came and brought all of his equipment in . He got the ink dye out and fixed the hole. Can’t tell that it was damaged. Jerry did wonderful work. Was polite and professional. I recommend Fibrenew to everyone for your repairs. Reasonable priced, put a smile on my face to have this ink removed!

The seat and back of the right corner end piece of my sectional leather sofa was sinking in due to it's constant usage. Additionally, I had three marks on the seat from accidents over time that could not be removed. I contacted Fibrenew in Ocala to repair for me. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jerry at Fibrenew. The leg on my husband's four year old recliner snapped off yesterday. After looking on the computer and reading all of Fibrenew's great reviews, I decided to fill out the form on their website to see if they could help us. When I checked the computer a little while later, there was an acknowledgment from them. Jerry called this morning. Today, Jerry Mainstone of Fibrenew came to our home in The Villages, Florida, to repair a 20-year old Natuzzi teal leather sectional's two attached recliners. My leather recliner began showing its age with discolored areas along with areas of leather cracking. I truly believed the chair had seen its best years and the cost of replacement was in my future. Jerry repaired a chair that had a large tear in the arm of a recliner and a smaller tear on the opposite arm. I wasn’t expecting much could be done on the large tear, but after Jerry’s magic the chair looks like new. I’m so pleased. Will recommend him to anyone that needs repairs.
