Brian was promptly on time. Is extremely pleasant to deal with. He did fantastic work on both my leather recliner and reclining leather couch. I can say this because my eagle eye wife was very pleased with his work. You have Brian do anything for you that he feels he can take care of and you will not be disappointed.

We are very pleased with our experience with Fibrenew. They repaired cigarette burns in two cushions. They came in early and under budget.
If anybody has a Volvo, they understand that sometimes the leather can get a bit smushed and faded, especially after 100,000 miles of use. However, instead of replacing the seats and spending a fortune, I expanded my search for solutions and ran into Fibrenew. Our cat Cosmo decided to scratch our brand new leather couch (good thing he's cute). Multiple cat scratches repaired and cleaned, dyed and top-coated. You'd never know it happened! Excellent job, would highly recommend this detail oriented company! But, hopefully Cosmo doesn't repeat his transgression.
A wholly satisfying experience. Mr.Tierney is a master of his craft. He returned the twenty two year old delicate ecru leather seats of the Lexus LS430 to look as good as they could. Wouldn't hesitate to call Fibrenew Ocean State for any kind of leather or vinyl repair job.

What an amazing transformation!! I tried cleaner my gray leather loveseat and ended up bleaching it out. Tried numerous products from online, didn't help at all, just made area darker and more noticeable. Bought couch covers to hide the area but really made the focal point of my living room ugly. I read about Bryan and Fibrenew online but didn't think anything could fix my ugly stain. Again amazing results and service!!!
