I found Fibrenew on google to inquire about their service. Jorge immediately got in contact with me and I described the situation. We had an existing couch that had a wear and tear section due to our Siberian Husky. Jorge gave me a quote and advised he would take care of it. We scheduled an appointment for 9/7. Jorge actually was early for our appointment which was a plus. He came in, assessed the couch and got to work. He was extremely pleasant and a thrill having him complete our couch. We will definitely use Jorge again if needed. A+++++++++++++ all around.

Jorge was excellent! He was punctual, timely, friendly, and courteous. Someone had damaged the inside of my wife's car, and he fixed the interior damage including the dashboard, interior side-panels, and seat. Who knew that could be fixed without having to be torn out and replaced? Truly outstanding work, and even better - he came to us, both times: once for the estimate and the second time for the repair. Jorge got replacements for the power boxes to my couch circuitry, washed and treated the leather, and even put the sections back together when he was done.
Jorge and his team did a phenomenal job. First, the estimate they gave us once we submitted photos of the damage was very accurate, actually lower than initially quoted. We even found a spot that was not metioned in the pictures sent for the quote and not only they fixed it, did not add to the original quote but, like I said even charged lower than previously quoted. They restoration work was done very professionally and with total orientation to detail. If someone would have damaged the couch, called Jorge and team and have it fixed it without me knowing, I would have never noticed any change. They are that good!

I truly and honestly believed that the sofa was totally ruined by the damage caused by a dog climbing onto the sofa.
