Steve did a great job with my black leather sectional that was very discoloured from the sun. I'll use him again !
Steve did an absolutely fantastic job repairing and re-dying my car seats. He is a real professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to go to him again for any leather repair work I have in the future.
The only thing I wish I knew before booking the job, is that he has a shop that he could have done the work on. I thought Fibrenew only did work on site - which is my fault. Because of that, Steve spent hours in a blazing hot garage making my car seats look like new. I wish I had known that, because I absolutely would have taken the car to him.
I also wish I had taken before pictures to really show off the difference. At any rate, don't hesitate to call Steve if you need work done!
Great job repairing out Cadillac dashboard that was bubbled. Steve did a great job. Definitely would recommend.
My 2012 Jeep Wrangler had a small tear on the side of the driver’s seat. Tried my own repair which looked almost passable but popped open again over the winter. Decided to get a pro this time. Glad I did. Looks perfect. Easy to set up an appointment. Came to my house and did the job in my garage. Very happy with the service. Thanks Steve!

I'd like to thank Steve Egert at Quad Cities Fibrenew for an excellent job on our couch. It was pretty scratched up with no tears/rips but just worn off leather. He came in today and did his magic and it looks brand new. He is a very busy guy because he believes in quality work. I will be calling him back for a touch up on my F150 truck seat and console. Very nice guy who cares about his craft!!!

Fibrenew and Steve are the BEST! My sister recommended me to Steve after he came to their home and did wonders to their tired and dull carmel colored leather sofa. My walnut brown leather loveseat was in desperate need to be replaced I thought until Steve came. I have dogs that love to sleep on that loveseat and just one cushion was almost white. He taught me that the oil in the dog's coat will break down the protective coating and then the dyed leather is open to fading, scratching which had happened. He ended up repairing, cleaning, texturizing and putting a new protective coat on all my leather furniture. The loveseat looks brand new. I also now cover the furniture when the dogs decide to lay down.
Slow to respond but excellent results! It took three weeks to get a call back about my inquiry, and from August to December to get leather repairs done on a sofa, love seat and chair living room set, but all three look like new after hard use for more than 11 years with small children. If you have high-end furniture, are willing to pay a lot to get it restored, and have a lot of time, you'll be pleased with the results. Very personable and high quality work! Thanks, Steve!
Steve came to my home and did a great job. I had taken my car to my dealer and they tried to "fix" the tear in my leather seat, but it wasn't even close to what Steve and Fibrenew did for me.
We have a tan leather couch that had a very dark spot on one of the seat cushions. Steve worked on it more than we expected. I'm absolute delighted with the outcome. You would never know that spot was there. He mixed several chemicals and several shades of dye to achieve the exact color of the leather. Thank you Steve for your patience and hard work, it looks great. You are excellent at what you do.
My puppy tore the leather off of my upholstered coffee table in two areas, right along the seams. Steve came two days later and fixed the damage so that its not visible at al! He spent a long time working on the table to ensure it looked like it had prior and he didn't let us down. He was very helpful and I will call him again if my puppy should damage anything else! I've also recommended him to my family and friends. The price was very reasonable given the time he spent fixing the table, as well as the extent of damage. He saved us from having to buy another 500$ coffee table!
We had 2 tears in a sofa repaired, workmanship was great and Steve was a very nice guy. Great price and they come right to your house! I would highly recommend Fibrenew!!
