I called Leon's on Nov 5th because the new couch I received on Nov 3rd had an issue. The right hand side of the couch wasn't reclining smoothly.
Leon's advised I would receive a call in 3-5 days and someone would come out and take a look.
I received a call to my surprise the next day (Nov 6) from Karm Herr from Fibrenew. He advised he would come out Nov 7 between 5:30-6:30pm. There could be a possibility they would be earlier and he would call me prior to coming out. My first impression I was pleased with Karm on the phone. He was pleasant, well mannered and thorough with his details to me about what his service was.

This is our second time working with Fibrenew. This time we called in Karm to redo the foam seat cushions in our couch, to re-stuff the back pillows and to clean up some pilling on the seat cushions. As you can see in the before and after pictures, the project turned out great! The seams are sitting more properly and the life of the couch has been restored. Overall, we will really happy with the experience.

Had high-end sectional leather couches and leather bound chairs that I was thinking of simply replacing but after giving it some more thought, I decided to consider a reconditioning process instead. Came across Fibrenew via a Google search and their before and after picture results looked pretty good so I thought I would give them a try.
I didn't have high expectations since the furniture was over 40 years old; however, Karm and his team did a superb job. Results were fantastic and worth every penny paid!
Also have to note that both the quality of work and the customer service were second to none. Karm was a pleasure in dealing with this, and I highly recommend him and his company in restore any leather related issue you may have.

I was connected to Karm at Fibrenew through a warranty claim on my couch. From his initial reach out and communication to the completion of my couch repair, Karm provided a world class customer experience. Karm always does an excellent job. Whether the leather, fabric, or upholstery is damaged, he can always handle it.
Once, he fixed a broken arm of a leather sofa that was, for me, unrepairable. Beyond the repaired wood frame of the sofa, which is not easy to do, he brought the sofa back as brand-new, like never had the damaged.
So this is a small example of his great work.
If you need his assistance, don't even blink, call him, I have 100% you will have your problem solved as I had a bunch of times.

Great experience with FibreNew! Dealing with a warranty claim for a leather home theatre recliner and was reached out right away by FiberNew to schedule a home visit. Was able to come in a couple of days and diagnose the issue right away. Karm went above and beyond in terms of rectifying the issue as well as looking at other items that weren't specifically related to the warranty call and being able to address them. Definitely will have no hesitation to use them again!
They came, they saw, they fixed! My brand new couch from LEONS was delivered and within a week had become damaged. I had contemplated repairing this significant tear, just alongside the seam at the top front edge of the seat cushion of my sofa, myself, then, after watching several videos, decided it was all too fiddly. Besides, I love my leather furniture and have no intention of getting anything new any time soon, so instead of taking a chance, possibly making it worse, I decided to go with a professional. Karm was incredibly helpful and supportive, answering all my questions and even giving me encouragement and advice when I was still thinking about taking a crack at it. He was able to make it to my home within a couple of days, upon my decision, allowing me to entertain at Christmas time without having to break out the “crime scene†tape to block access to that particular seat. Out of the few companies that we got a hold of, Karm of FIBRENEW RICHMOND-DELTA (Est. 1987), responded in a timely fashion and asked about the issue. He didn't seem fazed that it was going to be a small job. He came out with his colleague, Chris, had a look at it and told me what can be done and gave me a quote and the timeline. Some of the other companies wanted us to redo our whole couch and others to wait a few months when they are "free".

Recently, my cat scratched up my uncles beloved leather chair. I called FIBRENEW, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Just send them a picture of any restoration on email and they send you a quote or price, and from that point just a couple of simple text and phone calls, they meet up at the location of your choice. Karm herr, the owner of the company came to my home and right away, I greeted with friendly and kind soul. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and answer all my questions. His work on my uncles leather chair was top-notch. He did an excellent job restoring the leather chair to a brand new condition. I was blown away by the results. Karm Herr, exceeded my expectations. Our recent new sectional sofa purchase didn't go as well as we planned. One of the corners of the sofa was damaged upon delivery. We notified the furniture store, and they promised to send over a technician. We are so glad Fibrenew was assigned to this task. Karm did a great job tracking us down to book assessment and repair appointments. Honestly, the furniture store had already promised us a new replacement in DEC, but still give us the option of an earlier repair. After Karm explained to us the details of the repair, removal of broken parts and replace with customized sturdier parts (no duct tape). We decided to give the repair a chance, because it would be a structural frame upgrade overall if done accordingly. Today, Karm and Chris spent a good 4 hours on the repair. I was there to witness the fix, and I can feel their love for the job. They were discussing amongst themselves the damage they found and the different options available. As promised, I saw the parts they replaced, how they secured everything together carefully in an experienced manner.
For the past 2 weeks, I felt the sofa purchase was a failure due to the arrival damage. After the repair, I can tell a different story. Now I understand standard mass produced sofa parts and structure is cheap and fragile. It's good to have Fibrenew come in for a professional assessment, and reinforce the inner frame.

I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant to get a company to work on the leather in our Lincoln 1996 Towncar. We were however applying for collector plates and needed the leather re-conditioned. Well, we got a lot more than re-conditioned leather. After working on the car seats for the better part of 5-6 hours, (2 men) they looked brand new. (see pics, before and after) We were more than pleased, and we would highly recommend Fibrenew to anyone needing their many services. We previously owned a service company for over 35 years, and my husband is not easily impressed, but this company impressed him. They arrived ON TIME, on the dot. In today's culture, I believe that says a lot, not to mention their stellar work ethic.

Karm and an associate did a difficult seat repair on my Chrysler Town & Country today. I was not sure they would be able to do the repair as the seat was deteriorating quite badly. Karm and Chris did a great job with the mark that I had on the coffee cup holder of my Jeep. They not only repaired the indentation/mark on the holder, they also refreshed the whole area and made the entire coffee cup holder look brand new! I was very impressed with the work that these two gentlemen did for me, and I would recommend them without any hesitation for future jobs!

Karm and Chris came to repair 2 pieces of furniture destroyed by delivery from C&B. Very responsive and quick to book time for the visit. They were ready earlier and called and came by. Clear to describe what he will do for the repair and got to it in no time and repaired everything quite fast. Would call Karm again for any repairs since they can do leather and everything else too.

Fair price and I can't believe how great my chair looks - it looked a bit ratty (thanks to my dog and 5 tears!) but now looks so brand new I have to really look to see where the rips were. Had a few scuffs on the seats of my truck I wanted repaired. Previously used fibrenew in the past with excellent results with the previous owner of the franchise. Even though the ownership has changed the level of care and attention has not. Both Karm and Chris tag teamed my truck and delivered excellent results. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I am extremely happy with the customer service and repair. Karm was a magician and repaired the seat in my Subaru Outback right in our carport. When he was finished I could not see where he repaired the cut! The FIRBRENEW website was easy to navigate - I used the e-mail link to contact Karm and a day later he replied to set up a date for him to come and make the repair. That's great customer service!

When we purchased a sofa/bed , the sales agent advised that it will be delivered & set up for us including the disposal of boxes & plastic covers . Unfortunately, the delivery men , claimed it’s not part of the agreement.

I don't always leave reviews, but in this case, I feel that it is absolutely necessary to leave a review for Karm and the Fibrenew team. I highly recommend Fibrenew and Karm for all furniture repair and needs. I had an unfortunate issue where a guest sat on the arm of my sofa and broke the chaise. I had no idea where to start in regards to repairs. I searched google and stumbled upon Karm's Fibrenew page and decided to give him a call. From the moment of first contact, Karm was extremely helpful and he knew exactly how to fix the issue. It was also helpful that they are a mobile repair service, so no transport of the damaged sofa was required. Since I called on a weekend, the repair had to wait till Monday. Once they arrived, him and his associate got to work and immediately fixed my sofa! In addition to fixing my sofa, Karm was also to able to do an added side job of finding my son's baby tooth that was lost as it fell through the sofa's crevices. After opening the bottom of my sofa, he indeed found my son's tooth (my son was elated)! Thank you Karm and Fibrenew team! I seldom send out a review of a service company I deal with, but on this occasion, I must. Dealing with Karm Herr of Fibrenew Richmond/Delta was an absolute pleasure. From the get-go, my call for assistance was answered instantly by Karm. After a brief discussion, we had a plan for rectifying my problem. A few days later upon receiving the parts I had previously ordered from a separate supplier, I called Karm and received an instant answer and requested a service call. An hour later I received a call from him indicating he would be at my home in a half hour (and this was on a Saturday). The repair I required on a reclining chair was a difficult task and required almost a complete disassembly of the chair. He accomplished the task with ease, and my chair is as good as new, he certainly knows his stuff. His attention to detail and problem-solving is exceptional.
His repair was prompt and he left my condo clean as a whistle.
Karm is not only a skilled technician, but someone who knows what Customer Service is all about. If you want to deal with someone who tics all of the boxes, make Fibrenew Delta/Richmond your first call and do yourself a favour.
