“I was very impressed. I had considered trying to patch things up myself and I am glad I did not. Ken has all the right tools and experience to do the job right. The torn place in the side of my Toyota Sequoia driver seat totally disappeared. It looks like new. The cracks in the headrest area of my Stressless chair are gone. I can't say that looks like new, but it is pretty darn close. All communications were timely and professional. He brought in tarps and cloths to protect the flooring and area around where he was working. I know where to go when I need these services again!”
