I had a huge tear in my Hyundai Elantra passenger side leather seat. Placed a appointment with Fibrenew Smyrna and since the seat had to be removed from the car I had to drop it off at the Fibrenew Smyrna shop. Drop off and pick up was very smooth and the time to repair was not long at all. I am shocked how good the repair looked. Fibrenew Smyrna also touched up the driver side seat where the leather had been worn. Both leather seats look brand new! Cost was very reasonable. Thanks Fibrenew Smyrna!

Oh my gosh! Such awesome work! We had cat claw marks in our leather couches (one area that we had mistakenly tried to "fix" ourselves) plus a hole at the bottom where the dog tried to get a ball out from underneath the couch and Fibrenew fixed them in a few hours, almost like NEW! Worth every penny to not have to replace the furniture or be embarrassed by the damage. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my with experience with FibreNew of Smyrna! The leather on my car seat was pretty badly damaged. I wasn't even sure it could be fixed, but Mark repaired it so beautifully. I was more than pleased with the work performed by Mark at Fibrenew. I had a very visible scratch on the back of one of my leather truck seats and now it is invisible. It turned out many times better than I had expected. Mark and his Admin Assistants are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them and will use them again myself when needed.

We had Fibrenew come out to restitch our couch and we didn't cut the long string that had came undone. Glad we didn't. They where able to use that string and restitch it so it matched perfectly.

Mark was exceptional. I bought a sofa from a very upscale furniture store and unfortunately, not even a year into me owning the sofa the color was wearing off. This furniture store insured me that the were going to send the best that there is in the industry and they did not disappoint. I was moving from TN to TX and while packing had a tiki torch fall onto my new leather sofa. It created a huge oil stain on 2 of the seat cushions. I was moving in 4 days out of state and Mark immediately took my covers and got to work. He offered to ship them to me in TX because the process was going to take a few days. I just received the covers this evening at my new home in TX. They look amazing! I thought for sure that my Italian Leather Sofa was ruined forever and he was able to make it look like new. Mark repaired a split seam in my leather sofa that I thought was not repairable. You can't even see the repair. He was fast, friendly and skilled. I would recommend him and Fibrenew to anyone.

Mark exceeded my expectations and timeliness and quality of repair. Very minimal leather replacement took place. He did not perform unneeded repairs, but in place thoroughly cleaned and reconditioned areas making them look new again. I will absolutely be returning to have additional interior updates done.

I highly recommend this service if you're looking for a top-notch job. Mark is not just some guy with leather dye! He is professionally trained, detailed, informative, and his work is impeccable. I thought my leather sofa and loveseat were ruined when a mishap with a topical oil removed large sections of color from the leather (FYI: if you use an essential oil treatment for your dog's skin condition, keep them away from your leather furniture!). Mark Chasteen at Fibrenew Smyrna treated our red sectional leather couch for badly damaged scratches/rubbed areas from the movers. He did amazing!! You cannot see where the movers damaged our sectional. He did detailed work. Mark was professional, kind, and straight up honest with us. We will definitely be having him work on our furniture again. This is for real!! He showed up and took my king ranch seats and made them look like I got a new set of sets!!! I thought it was a gimmick when I got it sold to me with my new vehicle. Now I will purchase this with any new vehicle I buy. Mark did the job in the parking lot while I was at work and it took about four hours. He says he does leather furniture too. Mark did an awesome job restoring my 19 year old aniline leather couch. Despite having to restore the leather, dye it, and restuff the worn out seat cushions, it only took a week for him to get the job done. My couch is in the best shape its been since it was new! I've never had furniture cleaned as well or as quickly as Mark did. I have a giant Saint Bernard dog who is smelly and messy and my couch was nasty. I don't know what voodoo he did but Mark made those cushions look like new and smell even better. I'll never use another service to clean my furniture!

Mark and Brent came to service my vehicle and the cleaning was amazing! They removed the deeply rooted stains out of my seats and took their time to explain the process. My car looks great. They even went so far as to remove the makeup stains a girl gets applying makeup in the car lol! Customer service was awesome. During a recent move I had a leather chair that was damaged. I wasn’t sure it could be fixed, but was pleased to find Fibrenew on the internet. I emailed Mark a picture of the damage and he quickly responded with a quote. The quote was half the price of others I received and on top of that he picks up and delivers.
Mark came today just as scheduled and I was happy to hear he could make the repair on site. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. If you didn’t know it you would never be able to tell it had ever been ripped.
We are extremely happy with our white leather couch we had dyed burnt orange! The attention to detail and special touches did not go unnoticed-extra's like restuffing pillows and pick up and delivery of a oversized large leather couch made this experience well worth the very affordable price-we basically have a new couch !
