Brian arrived 10 minutes before scheduled visit. He was very knowledgeable not only with his craft but with the vehicle being worked on. Brian was very humble respectful and most importantly did an amazing job. You wouldn't even be able to tell work was done. For context my center console was discolored as the paint was scratched off during it being serviced. Brian corrected the problem area made it to the exact color needed. Thanks again!

Fantastic compnany, Brian did an amazing job on my vehicles. He is known to do a lot of work on high end vehicles with top grain leathers. On a recent project, he helped me renew my Recaro leather bucket seats in my GTR. They look new again. Very happy with his work, very knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Brian is definitely a leather expert. He took one look at our 27 year old maroon faded leather furniture which had faded to almost pink and was excited to take on the challenge. He took one of the pillows and worked at it to see if he could make a difference without losing the natural leather feel. He was disappointed when he could not achieve the effect he wanted and offered to do another technique. We agreed and he took the chair, which was the worse piece, and proceeded to transform it into a beautiful cabernet and it looks and feels awesome! It truly is showroom quality! People like Brian are hard to find these days. He takes pride in his work and persists until he can produce something he can be proud of as well as the customer. We are anxious now to have the other two pieces done to finish the look! Thanks, Brian for being you!!!
Even though I enjoy the fantasy genre in my entertainment options, I have never really experienced real magic until I witness the amazing work that Brian from Fibernew did on my older vehicle! There wasn't even chanting, wands, or even a transmutation circle needed for this man to make my drivers seat look like it did when I first bought my car. Well worth the price of not having to put a below average Amazon bought seat cover. You mayst use him!

I called Brian to come look at the seat in my car because it was cracking. Brian came that very day to take a look at my car & we made an appointment for him to come & repair.
Upon trying to fix the seat he discovered that the dealership that I bought the car from had done a terrible job trying to fix the rip in the first place & Brian’s equipment would not adhere to the rip.
Brian patched up the rip the best he could & then told me that there would be no charge. He said he couldn’t guarantee the fix so he couldn’t charge me. I was shocked as Brian had spent an hour on my car.
You just don’t find a company like this & someone as honest as Brian. I would recommend him a million times over! I thought he was awesome!

Fast response to my quote request and was able to make a repair that same day he came to look at my damaged tonneau cover. Repair came out great and was a very reasonable price. Will definitely call for any future repairs!

Contacted Brian at FibRenew Springfield about repairing damaged Boat seats. He is based in Springfield, MA and I was outside of his target area, with no options closer I was prepared to drive the boat up to Springfield to have him perform the repairs. Brian was more than happy to come down to Avon, CT and carry out the repairs. The repairs were done in less than 3 hours and I cannot see where they were done, which included one on top of the back seat by the ski pole (Tube Rope snagged and burnt a line in the vinyl covering). So kudos to Brian for coming outside of his usual area, quality of work and price. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had a tree fall on my 2019 pontoon boat and rip the front seat vinyl, Brian came out to the waterfront and did the repair on the docks, it came out Outstanding very happy with the end result.
Brian worked on repairing my center console for a 1970 Dodge Challenger. He plugged the holes and matched the tough to find color perfectly. He was easy to work with and reasonably priced. Great work and I would recommend using this restoration service to everybody. Thanks!
