Cyndi did such awesome work on the driver's seat of my 2014 Corvette! She was so patient with questions I had, was very polite and kind, and everything she told me came to pass. Cyndi with Fibrenew of St. Augustine did a fantastic job repairing a vinyl seat for my skiff. She showed up on time and repaired several small tears. She color-matched the repairs and I would dare anyone to find the repaired areas. She saved me about $300 if I had opted to get a new seat. I highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing.

My dogs did a number on my Mercedes SL seats, Cyndi with Fibrenew was able to make them look great again. I couldn't even spot the large area of damage that I had on passenger seat and my worn out bolster on driver seat was brought back to nearly brand new again. She even matched the color of leather perfectly. Cyndi made my leather couch look like new! There was a stubborn stain caused by dye transfer from a black leather belt rubbing against the back of the seat. I had tried everything to get rid of it. Cyndi got it out with a combination of knowledge about the best cleaner, the right tools, and a lot of elbow grease. It was impressive! In addition, she was completely professional: it was easy to make an appointment, she kept me informed about her arrival time, and got down to business. I highly recommend her services.

Ms. Douglass repaired torn and worn leather areas of two old, (but our favorite), La-Z-Boy rocker recliners. She did a fantastic job.
