I could not believe the amazing job Sam Torres completed on my leather couch. There was a stain on the front which he was able to dye over! He worked until it was a perfect match. You would think there was never a stain! Sam has an artistic ability to see color and know exactly how mix paint to have an amazing end product!

Our 19 year old leather sectional sofa had one collapsed seat cushion and worn spots, but was otherwise in great condition. I was in tears after my toddler decided to use our leather gliders as a canvas just 4 days after they had been delivered. My wife and I purchased a La-Z-Boy leather recliner sofa and after one year began seeing discoloration on the headrests. Although we had purchased the product insurance, neither the company or insurance company would stand behind their product; they did sell us an Over the Counter product that didn't fix the issues. We then found Sam Torres & Fibrenew; he came to our home with his extensive knowledge, dyes, and equipment and within 2 hours our sofa was looking new again with all of the discoloration removed. I never knew such a company existed but I will highly recommend Sam and his company to repair leather for what I now find is a common problem.

We contacted Vazrik at Fibrenew to look at our 9 year old leather couch that started cracking and showing signs of hard wear. He gave us an estimate the next day and picked up our cushions within days of quote approval. The cushions came out beautifully, they look like new again. If I didn't know better I would think our sofa was brand new again. Sam did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing scratches on our sofa. We recently moved to a new home and discovered damage done by our cat that was previously hidden because the sofa was against a wall. Incredibly impressed with the work done on my dash. I punctured a hole in my year-old SUV’s leather dash with an umbrella. After calling and having 5 different upholstery companies and furniture repair businesses who told me the couch couldn’t be fixed, I took a chance on Fibrebew. When I bought my car in February, I also bought protection for the fabric on the seats via PermaPlate. I am a Lyft and Uber driver and some stains had recently happened, though I wasn't sure exactly which passenger did it. I filed an online claim to take care of the stains and they assigned the work to Sam. He came out and my car looks like it just came out of the showroom. Also, he noticed that some candle wax that gathered after I forgot some candles in my car and took care of it within 5 min. Sam does a fantastic job. I bought a nice 2015 Corvette with one problem, the driver seat was worn from a person improperly exiting and entering the car. There was a hole worn in the seat, extensive scuffing, and small tear. The results after the Fibrenew process were amazing. You cannot tell where the repair was done.

I used Sam to repair a small tea mark in my side chair. But the most important was when the movers covered my leather sectional, something must have gotten wet and left a small blue dye mark by the seam in the leather. He was able to remove it and you were not able to even see where it was. Would recommend him to anyone who needs good quality leather work done.

Our white leather sofa was stained from sun tan lotion and looking a bit haggard after four years' wear and tear. Sam just repaired twp spots on a leather sofa and chair that had been made by goo-off removing gum from the leather. You can NOT tell where the spots were and he did the repairs in less than an hour. We have two large leather Lazy-boy recliners about 15 years old. The chairs have been heavily used and the mechanical parts have been replaced as they are worn out. The leather was stained and especially the arms were covered in newsprint. Sam gave us an estimate over the phone and arrived to do the cleaning as we arranged. Very prompt and professional and his results mean we have as new recliners. We will use Fibrenew again and would recommend his work to our family and friends.

I had ink pen damage on my brand new couch. I was worried that it wouldn't ever look the same because it was right in the front of the seat. Sam showed up and in a matter of minutes he matched the color , two toned dark brown. He is an artist!!!! Great customer service, great price. He is worth every penny. I am so glad I called him.
Sam did an absolutely fantastic job repairing the leather on my car seat! The leather started to really wear on the driver’s seat. It looked really rough, was getting very thin, and started to rip. I didn't think it was possible to make it look literally...as good as new!! Sam came to my apartment and did the repair. When he was finished and I went down to see his work, I was shocked at how great it looked. I had no idea that you could have something like this done, as a friend told me about it. When I called a shop to get an estimate they quoted me about $500, or more! Sam did the repair for a fraction of the cost and I also had the convenience of him coming to my home. I am very happy with his work and I would definitely recommend him for any of your leather repairs.

Inspected my love seat and couch. Indicated he could repair the wear and recondition both pieces.
I work nights. Went off to bed.
Six hours later. He woke me. I inspected his work.
Could not be more pleased. The seating surfaces which were worn and pealing had been expertly repaired and conditioned. Color match was perfect. All other surfaces had been cleaned and conditioned.
The cost was not insignificant. However in this case the work, care and results. Exceeded my expectations. Certainly beat the $4000 cost of replacement.
