The whole process was easy. I sent in pictures of my boat vinyl repair that needed to be taken care of before the tear became much worse. Evelyn gave me an estimate that I agreed to and set a time to have Brent meet me at my boat to do the work. Brent set the appointment at 9am and he was at the boat and waiting on me. He repaired the vinyl in the exact amount of time he estimated that it would take to complete the job. You will not be disappointed if you decide to have them do your repair. I am unable to even see where the tear was after he completed the job. Amazing job Brent and Evelyn! 5 Stars

Brent was able to repair the cushion on my leather chair. It had several cat scratches from years ago.It looks brand new! He did a beautiful job! Would highly recommend.

Brent restored a very tired, damaged 2017 Range Rover drivers seat for me this morning, and it looks great! He was on time, professional, super friendly, and his pricing was very reasonable. We called Brent and Evelyn at Fibrenew to see if they could refinish our Stickley leather furniture, hoping that they could make it look better before we moved into our new home. Instead of making it look better Brent was able to make it look like a BRAND NEW SET of furniture!!! Excellent service. After having entrusted a moving company to safely move my couch, I discovered a scuff on the armrest and a tear on the back. With confidence I called Fibrenew. Brent came out within a few days and did an excellent job on the repairs-better than new. See my before and after photos.
Brent did a fantastic job renewing the seats on my 16-year old Volvo. I did not have to wait for the appointment at all - it was on the following day after I called. He arrived on time, spent a good few hours working on the leather. He left everything clean and neat, the seats look almost like new.
We had our leather furniture in storage for two (2) years and when we went to get it it was a moldy mess. Brent did a great job in cleaning and restoring the couch and loveseat. He went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend his services.

I figured it was ruined.. i called this company and they sent me a quote immediately, picked up AND delivered the jacket back to my home fully repaired!! You couldn't even tell it had been damaged.
